The brief is so confusing.. is it a brochure design or a website design that you require? Whichever it is what text should be included, what you want to see there? If it's a site then how many pages, do you want parallax and is there any info at all?

It is brochure design.

Text is of no consequence but the sections should be:

Title Page
The Process and Certifications
Social and Fair Trade Program
Uses and Recipes

I'm still confused as to what you want.

Wordpress (website design) or brochure (print material)?

If you are requesting a sales brochure I think you mean print material, conflicting brief.
