Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a medical eye specialist (ophthalmology) practice based in Sydney. The practice is situated in the Frenchs Forest suburb, and is called Forest Eye Surgery.

This is an upmarket medical practice, and we need the logo to look very sleek, professional, and modern. It needs to have the following requirements:
1. The logo must incorporate in a tree(s)
2. Ideally, if you can also incorporate an eye theme as well, that would be even better
3. The website will be a shade of sky blue, so the logo needs to match it, but small amounts of green are also okay.
4. If the logo can be transferrable to a black and white for stationary etc, that would be good too.

I have included some logo designs that I like. Please note, in this instance less is more, so overly complicated logos won't be viewed favourably.

Target Market(s)

patients with eye problems. Those who can afford private eye surgery are usually well-off, so logo needs to look upmarket.
My referrers are general practitioners and other specialists, so needs to look professional

  if putting Forest Eye Surgery over 2 lines, please place Forest on its own, and Eye Surgery below it, rather than Forest Eye on one line.

Nice to have

• an eye
  blues and greens
  a black and white version also

Should not have

• overly elaborate design. prefer simple and minimalistic designs
  no tacky/ scary looking eye designs
