I'd love it if you are familiar with TypeCast. Not for just how much time saves you - but for the brilliance of this platform's creative & collaborative space.
I have a deeper motive for saying this but for my VERY FIRST design task I need my FIRST brand logo developed. It's my MAIN brand but it will be followed by 3 others that must have all a synchronistic feel to this parent brand.
Are you the gifted and awesome and PASSIONATE one I am looking for who lives for the broader scope of creating an exciting business brand that's all about WOMEN (online)...and all that an inspirational "visual branding" can do to tell people who you are and what you stand for?
Are you the ONE?
Do you get how this apparently small and seemingly insignificant personal brand logo is part me AND of a much broader project?
Can you imagine how much this first design project means to me?
I'm about to begin the long process of giving birth to my "business baby" that I've put my heart and soul into (not to mention thousands of hours and all my personal savings) for several years.
ABBA
Is first and foremost about AUTHENTICITY
As the full name suggests - Authentic Business Building Academy (why btw includes MARKETING with authenticity) - aims to RAISE THE BAR in terms of quality training and up to date tools, techniques and processes - both within the ABBA learning environment and with every subject and program we teach. The authenticity is related to myself as a teacher, mentor and spirited coach, and to the work as in NOT faddish, blackhat, or in any way just the latest in a long line of copy cat "processes" that are ALL over the web. It's how it SHOULD be but how very few really tell it.
DESIGN REFERENCE
I could upload some things I've been playing with myself but you will only cringe at how crude they are.
However for reference please take into account the following to assist you.
(& by all means if you are OK with crude let me know if you want my own musings too).
1. You must use the letters ABBA + the words Authentic Business Building Academy
2. The "hierarchy" in terms of a visual would be
a). ABBA (line one)
b). Authentic PLUS Academy (same)
d) Business Building (which could also be on the same line)
ABBA will be a "UNIVERSITY" of sorts, and it's for women - but it is NOT A CORPORATE WEBSITE by any means. My personal brand is ALL of me.
Which is professional yes, and I'm a trained coach, BUT I am very much about being a sassy online Goddess. Unafraid to be my while self. I am an energy practitioner and have been following my own oath in personal and SPIRITUAL development for 30+ years. ABBA must convey this (I have images of me for my website that do convey all parts of my personality).
THEREFORE, I keep visualising a crown sitting atop the letters of ABBA (perhaps on the 2 B's). This is what I have played with in my own crude designs. It speaks to the "Goddess" tribe(s) I belong to on the web AND suggests an overall "queendom" and could be also seen as a symbol used by universities (coat of arms/crowns etc) without the added stodginess associated with these old schools.
HAVING SAID THAT
I am not stuck on this train of thought. It is only one concept idea. You can choose to go that way or develop your own in accordance with where you can see this all going.
I want to fall in LOVE with your work and build on this together.
BIG ask, but I believe in art, creativity, miracles, serendipity and above all I believe the Universe has my back.
So I'm asking you again - are you the ONE?
Please give this careful thought before replying.
I am truly looking for someone who loves working with women, their hopes and dreams and who they are in their heart - learning to show up online authentically and learning the step by step processes involved in creating a business that works with them and for them - all within a safe, secure, supportive environment that is both professional and nurturing and focussed on the INDIVIDUAL, not the masses.
I need my own brand(s) to BE that inspiration for others, while inspiring TRUST and authority in the online learning landscape within my trg academy(s).
Lastly there needs to be a balance between the feminine and masculine in this logo design as BALANCE is KEY. (no scales please though).
It's mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance - your gifts, talents, knowledge and passion creatively expressed through a business that is about yo making a difference to others. A BALANCE of giving and receiving.

Dear passionate designers!
To save you much time at your end...
Please please please do not submit designs where the 2 BB's in ABBA are back to back.
The band called ABBA has this in their extremely FAMOUS brand logo. I cannot (and would not) emulate this.
Also, please do not use pale colours
Note that the brand has POWER due to the word ACADEMY (academy is about quality education, leadership)
ABBA is also aimed at WOMEN. Sassy, smart women with a passion to get ahead but who are full of spirit and authenticity
HENCE the need for some power but ALSO some femininity in terms of any EMBELLISHMENTS surrounding the text
FONTS tell their own story too so please look at how you choose a font that says power & femininity
The idea of using a CROWN sitting atop some of the ABBA letters appeals to me because women LOVE to be the QUEEN of their online space
They are also GODDESSES at heart. Claiming one's CROWN is the ultimate reward for becoming successful.
ACADEMY is a learning space of high integrity - lending itself to an emblem of sorts - but not an old fashioned kind like a university that's been around for centuries!
I mean like a modern place of learning.
Finally - please remember this is an ONLINE academy - so graphics that include BUILDINGS are completely off base.
