Unfortunately all of what you are requesting falls outside of Design Crowds terms and conditions of a website design, we are only obligated to submit a PSD design, not a fully coded website, if that is required then it should be negotiated with the awarded designer for an additional fee and some designers can provide that service others cant. Thank you , the designer will have the opportunity to to create a PSD I will not award a project based on a PSD that is not what I will pay $300.00 for I am looking to pay for a pre-coded site they are just adding pictures and changing the color scheme , and adding widgets , plus they will have the opportunity to make monthly residuals

Then you should try else where like Freelancer for a fully functional website, as Design Crowd is not set up for what you expect, it is for preparing a Design for a Website in PSD format, or for a logo or a banner etc, not to develop a fully functional website, upload all for $300.
