Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo for my brand "INNFO.tv", which is a digital signage channel specialized in signage in topnotch hotels and spas.
The Logo needs to work also as a "logo-bug" in the corner of a TV-screen (one -color then; but doesn´t have to be one color as true logo).
The INN in INNFO.tv has 3 meanings: innovative, based in INNSBRUCK Austria, and specialized in INNs and Hotels.
I attach the old logo....ugly...
The word Infochannels is optional!
