Web Design Brief

I need designs for a new website that will list corporate training rooms available for hire. In essence this is a directory site, specific to advertising rooms that companies can hold training events.

I need the designs for all the pages that the general public see like searching, showing the details of the venues etc. I need some example pages of the admin-like side of this i.e. the sections where the venue owners will be able to manage their training room listings. As well as a simple logo.

Attached is a word document that shows the pages and sections I need.

What I Need:
- All I need are the PSDs, and not any HTML/CSS
- I need you to design this using grid system such as http://960.gs/
- Please ensure all fonts used are available from http://www.google.com/webfonts
