Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for an ecommerce business called FortressGeek
( http://fortressgeek.com/ )

It'll stock a lot of Geek products and gadgets like Star Trek & Star Wars clothing, Firefly memobrilia, Lord of the Rings swords, cool tech gadgets like AA emergency phone chargers, pen lights, etc.

The name obviously conjures up images of fortresses / castles. I'd like to actually modernise that, so we're looking for more cartoon space fortresses rather than medieval fortresses (think Anime; Gundam / Robotech kind of scifi). Potentially with flying / attacking space ships around it. Obviously, original designs on the fortress / ships.

With regard to colours, we're looking at a bright, cheerful website (ignore current theme, it's currently being edited). So; yellow, blue and white would be our preferred choices.

The overall logo should be cool and modern but easy to increase/decrease in size as we will have to place on physical banners as well as on the website.
