T-shirt Design Brief

Fire Department off duty tee shirt. We are the busiest firehouse in our city and as such we are known as the "Night Owls". Our motto is "Sleep Is No Substitution For Caffeine".
Design should be more aggressive than cartoonish.
Design should be modern and cutting edge. Please see attached images as inspiration.

File 2 Thoughts: I like the outline of the owl in flight. In his talons should be an Fire Axe and Halligan bar. "Night Owls" across the top, and "Engine 2 / Medic 3 / Batt. 103" across the bottom
