Icon Design Brief

Note I need to have existing icons and buttons in my application (see enclosed file - Beta Icon column) to be converted into the Colour Metro Style (I have examples in the Colour Metro column). All icons to have same colour scheme and be presentable on the Windows 8 - like interface (tiles) of the application.
