Logo Design Brief

I am launching a real estate firm in Arizona. I'm open to colors, font, shapes, etc. I like light to a medium blue OR maroon as a color scheme (with black, in either of those situations). but am open to any ideas. Just want a design that will incorporate some sort of house theme. The company name is Premier One Real Estate. I will use this logo mostly on for sale signs, business cards, stationary, etc. The most important factor is to keep in mind it will be on a for sale sign that needs to be visible from a street and cars passing by.
