Logo Design Brief

Grand Valley is a town located in Ontario, Canada with a population of 1,500. The town has a farming history but this has changed in recent years with many residents now living in the town but commuting to larger cities for work.
The town is looking for a new logo which will help attract new businesses, new residents (both young and old) and new investors. It wants this new logo to reflect its exciting potential for the future.
The town’s colour is green which reflects its agricultural history but you are not bound by this.
A strong asset of the town is that it is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by trees, rolling hills and a beautiful river which flows directly through the town.
