I am completing the conversion of a 57,000 square foot warehouse into an office building and need two signs with the address of the building, 201 N. Rupert. The building has a modern/industrial feel to it. One sign would go on the stainless face of the building and could be as simple as a lighted "201" of some sort. The other would go on a pole sign at the corner of the lot, which also has electricity. I am envisioning something metal/stainless, perhaps with cut outs for the numbers and letters. Alternatively, there is space for another sign that can be no taller than 6 feet, and I would welcome any creating, artistic ideas anyone has. A cool, modern monument sign perhaps, where tenants' names can be included? Pics of building are attached.
I am operating two businesses out of the small portion of the building that protrudes into the parking lot at the front right, the corner of which has the glass-topped tower. I have tried to attach a pdf of the company logos. Not sure if it made it.
