Web Design Brief

I need an easy to navigate and update (from my Mac - in layman's terms!) website for my new business - Cake & Co. This is a dietary friendly cake shop in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand. We will be having Kokako coffee (organic, fair-trade) Karma Cola range and specialty teas. Eat in, takeaway and delivery.
I will require you to upload and write if necessary, onto a program such as Squarespace or similar.
I need a homepage, gallery page, price and ordering page (although the orders will be done via email/phone, no payments will be taken directly from the website) about us page, products and services page(this could incorporate the gallery maybe) a classes info page and a contact page.
My branding is very modern and clean. No vintage or french industrial is to be seen! We are sleek, with lots of white, black, charcoal grey and hot pink.
I will have photos to use in about 10 days, but I will upload some temporary images to start you off....
We also have a focus on 'a little bit good for you' and aim to make cakes that everyone can eat, whether they be gluten, dairy or egg intolerant or trying to lower the sugar in their diet.
A great design will be modern, exciting and convey a feel of luxury.
