Great project - looking forward to working on it. Before I do, do you have any sketches or artwork that i can use to base my designs off? You are able to upload files and designs that will help me for inspiration.

Is there any particular program you want this done in? I use Cinema 4D for my 3D program, but I know it's not as mainstream as some others (ie. 3Ds max etc.).

It would be no problem to make, it's just the files themselves that you want, and obviously to open them, you would need the program itself...which isn't cheap...
