Brochure Design Brief
We need to put the attached brochure in a very professional, intriguing and relaxing to read and interest follow up...we would like to work with the colours of our logo...the brown stands for healthy homes, the blue for engaged communities and the green for natural surroundings. We bought the pic in the brochure. We would like to see the kid with the puff in a transparent background to minimize distraction. Also we would like the picture to blend beautifully with the background. We have used a template with an idea if what we are looking for.
We also need a banner design. I have attached the idea as well. I also attached the logo of the company so you can play with ideas around it. The 3d pic is not final, we will receive it next week, for now lets leave the space for it and work on the look and the information...we thought about add the colours that belong to each pillar as indicated in the paragraph above. It could be kind of abstract...blending each colour in the transition...Please note that I included a closer pic of the buildings, since it could be blended with the aerial view. As indicated before the aerial view is draft for now.

Please note that for the banner, we were advised that people will only have 3 seconds to see it (sicne they will be driving)...so to simplify the message, it was suggested removing the description under each pillar...so lets only leave:

1058924 Preferred front cover (only comment too beige) and center as for the family suggested the building behind the family and replaced the kids by the family in this design.
The vision and mission exchange position with the Do you know…for this page suggested removing the kid with the puff and using the asthma kid as a backgrounder as it is done in design 1066529 but only covering this page and making the asthma puff more evident. This will provide more space for text in that page. The vision and mission as design 1066529.
Proactive Approach on center inside line to be removed…so on the top of this page Healthy Homes..pics are preferred squared..
The engaged community pic has been change for the grandpa with kids around. Attached in the file.
As for the banner, it is considered too blue…please follow the background use for brochure cover for design 1058924. As for the website only use abeilla.com do not write abeilla twice. Pleas edo not use bullets for the elements…
