This seems to be a personal business website. The photograph you have on the site is not the best.

I think a photo-logo would be great, but I don't want to use the photo currently on the site. Is it possible that you have other photos, or you would be willing to pose for a portrait? I can do the photo or you perhaps you have some others?

Take a look at the photos on the speaking tab. I have a bunch of them. You can download what you like and market up from there.
