Hi, your project interested me. I can code the design you want and upload design pics directly instead of making a fresh one in PSD (I prefer live-coding designs, hence). If you are ok without a PSD then I will start the design based work.

I'll submit my work if it's design only that will be delivered in layered .PSD file because my expertise is only on the design & concept.
Also $ 620 for design+code is just not enough.
