Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new Motel. I would like it to be a modern design displaying a strong and sturdy design. The motel provides short term stay accommodation and overnight accommodation. The building/room colour is made up of Dark Grey/Mustard Yellow/Burgundy. The colour of the design must compliment these colours.
