Logo Design Brief
We are recruiment agency startup from Moscow. We called 'atsearch';
our key search instrument is social recruitment which includes social media (FB, linkedin, etc) as well as our wide social connections (within professionals & companies).Our primary specialization are IT and finance vacancies; our customers are huge international banks, IT and investment companies;
we'd like a to see designs that use blue color; and understandable both for technical specialists as well as for hr managers.

would like to share some more insight hope that would initiate some other creative ideas:
social recruitement is innovative research method based on the involvement of freelance headhunters network which is permanently growing.
which means for the client that a lot headhunters are working for his project (basically the same as when I use designcrowd a lot of designers are working for me, not a single one, or one agency)
probaby you could reflect this continuaty and unlimited netwrork this in the logo somehow.
ps magnifying glass appears to be very obvious accociation with 'search'; however it is not applicable for people search; therefore please do not use this in your designs.
