What format do you require the final design to be submitted in? I can provide InDesign, Publisher etc.

The final design would ideally be submitted to us in html format, so as a ready to use email template. However, we understand not everyone can do that, so if we like the design enough we would just get it converted into html, so I suggest InDesign.
