Do you want the pictures in the .doc that you've sent? or do you want a new drawing?

New drawing. We do not own any of the pictures in the word document of image files. They are just to give you a sample of the 3 dog breed types we are looking for. I think the drawings are probably too detailed to use for letterhead and business cards, etc. so a new drawing of dogs would be preferred. Thx for asking and working on our design.

Hi, I'm a dog owner(also owning one of the breeds listed- GSD) and would like to work on your project. Are you still looking for the right logo? If so, I would be happy to help. Thanks.

Yes I am still looking for design. I do not plan on selecting a design until end of project period so that all designs submitted are considered. I you have time to consider my project I look forward to seeing what you come up with especially since you are familiar with the dogs. Thx for your consideration of our project.

Would you like a realistic drawing of the dogs, or can i choose the type of drawing that i like? Thank you

I would like a drawing that you can at least tell the breed type of the dog.  I leave the design creativity to you to decide.

Hi again, I was wondering if you'd be interested in a logo inspired by Leerburg.com at all or if you really are only looking at drawings in the logo? Thanks.

The pictures given are samples only from a general search off Google. I am not sure if there are copyright issues on images off the internet but my guess is there could be. I only included them just to show the breed type of dogs we want in the logo - German Shepherd, Belgium Malinois and Yellow Lab. We do not own these sample pictures so my concern is that any exact picture design from these samples could create a copyright issue. So if there is no copyright issues with leerburg.com images we have no problem using those but we would want to ensure they are okay to use.

I actually own 2 of these dogs (GS and YL) that I could use my own pet's pictures if you need us too. I do not own an adult BM yet but have friends that I could get a picture from. However, a image that is a picture or too detailed my not work as well for printing purposes of business cards, letterhead, etc. as it could be too detailed and too many colors. Once a design is selected, we are thinking a simpler design would be the basic logo to use for printing (business cards, letterhead, embroidered shirt with 2-4 colors, etc.) and a more colorful detailed design used for website and possible company screen t-shirts.

Right now with this project, I am working on the basic design of the logo in which we will expand off of.

So short answer - the images provided do not have to be used. But we do want whatever image used to look like the 3 dog breeds requested.

Thanks!

Okay, you are more than welcome to send photos of your own dogs to be included if that would be more appropriate and desired. I can do an illustration of them to be used in the logo. Thanks
