Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a new apartment community located in a busy, centrally located part of San Jose in California. The logo will be used on a leasing website, letterhead, all communications for leasing and to neighbors, and maybe some 'swag.' The residents of this community will be 55 years old and up, but that doesn't meet that the logo needs to be too traditional.
