Any reason for not guaranteeing the payment..?

what do you mean not guaranteeing payment? I will absolutely pay for any design I choose. I am new to this site and didn''t know what kind of designs I would get. When I joined It said.. it''s safe to join us because if you don''t choose anyone, you don''t pay. I''m just playing it safe because I didn''t know how the quality of the designs would turn out.
