T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a T-shirt design for Camp California, an international children's summer camp. The design goes on the back of a light blue T-shirt, the front has our small logo on it.
We'd like the design to include the text ''Everyone smiles in the same language'', in a handwritten font style.
Also, a smiley face (or faces), but we're open to suggestions.
Simple and smart, please.
It should be in 1 or two colors, and done in vectors.
