Updates

1.) In receiving the first two designs, I've noticed I like it better when the Logo Text has the optional:
Intelligent Strata (optional adding "Building and Project Management"). 
2.) Also the designs of logo's one had both the "I" and "S" including and one just had the "i".  I prefer both letters if they can be integrated into the design tastefully.
3.) For the logo's I would like to see Logo Text options of "IntelligentStrata.com" and "Intelligent Strata.com.au" as options in your designs.
4.) I have guaranteed the funding of this project based on the first two designs, I look forward to seeing your work
5.) Below is the first Task Description that I wrote several weeks ago, this might give you some more ideas or thoughts on what I am looking for:
Looking for a dynamic Logo design that can be used on Web, print, and marketing collateral for a new start-up business in the Building and Project Management space. The Logo might pick up on the "I" and "S" of the two words, Intelligent Strata. Colors could also be used to highlight these two letters. Colors for the business have not been set, so creativity is appreciated. This business will be providing a web service for strata buildings (a strata is the mechanism for controlling and managing the joint ownership of common areas by all the owners of individual lots). In addition to the web services, we will be providing onsite building management services as well as project management. The logo and graphic might have some play on a building, as this is central to what we support and maintain.
