Timothy, I have one concern, are we "allowed" to use the images of the Mac & Windows screen shots in the design? Are they not "right protected"?

Hi Craig

I hear your concern, it is only a screen shot that has changed the image by 10%.my understanding of copyright is this if you change the image by more than 10% you bare not infringing on copyright.

If you want to take a step further, remove the apple logi at the top right hand corner and the Windows logo at the bottom left hand corner.

Or if you feel uncomfortable using those images don't use them, I won't hold you to it.
