CD Cover Design Brief

I need a DVD cover for a training package contained on a disc. There are four modules within the resource so I need these to be visible on the cover. They are:
Cultural Competence Healthcare Provision
Provision of Care to CALD Women having Babies in Australia
Cultural Considerations in Aged Care Provision
Cultural Competence in Mental Health

I have attached a cd cover with an image of a waratah. This is Hunter New England Health's logo so needs to appear on the front cover also.
The smaller logo with the waratah also needs to be on the front cover. Please note these are the only copies I could obtain so if the quality is too poor you may need to reproduce.

The following should appear on the back cover:
‘Competencies in Multicultural Healthcare’ is a collaborative achievement of the Multicultural Health Liaison Officers in Acute Care, Obstetrics, Aged Care and Mental Health under the guidance of the Director, Multicultural Health Service in Hunter New England Local Health District. Staff members from the specialist teams and community members graciously contributed to the production of podcasts and video clips.
Photography, video clips and technical support was provided by Michael Rayment - E-learning Developer and Designer - Virtual Teachers.
This project was coordinated by Therese Morris, Multicultural Health Liaison Officer (Acute Care, Greater Newcastle Acute Hospital Network).
