App Design Brief

We need some icon design for a new real estate iPhone application we are developping.It is a day to day management of properties type of application. We want to communicate that our software is simple and good as candy. The icons should be fun to look at not losing seriousness and credibility. They should all be in black and white and colour. Also they should be available for the iPhone( + retina display)and iPad.Please follow the guidelines mentionnned here (table 11.1): http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/MobileHIG/IconsImages/IconsImages.html

Here's what we need:

-Application icon
-Small icon for Spotlight search results and Settings
-Tab bar icons representing single item and a multiple item one(ex.: A single property and one representing multiple properties, see list below)

Adresses, Units, Caretaker, Emails, Incomes, Expenses, Dimensions, Mortgages, Persons, Tenants, Services, Properties, Tasks, Taxes, Telephones, Leases

-No text in the icons!
-Black and white version and coloured version.
