Can you guarantee the payment?

I have submitted payment to Design crowd already and should I like a particular design concept I have no problem in paying what I offered. But as I understand things I am only required to pay for a design that I find works with me. Remember the payment is for both a program icon and a system tray animation, but I am happy to pick an icon design and the winner can make the animation based on his icon concept. I hope that helps.
