Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a Community House, based in Central Otago.
We have a new purpose built facility which houses 14 Social Service and Health Agencies, with our primary tenant being a major Adult Education provider in the region.
We also have 10 casual rentable spaces for groups to hire. These range in size from 6 people to 100 people capacity.
We have the local Arts and Crafts body working out of the building (incorporating Art, Pottery, Patchwork, Weavers, Modellers).
The final design needs to reflect a professional operation with a very personal and welcome vibe. I have attached two photos of the building (inside and out).
Our Vision - A community that is welcoming to all, resilient, creative and unified.
Our Mission - That the Alexandra Community House will provide a focal point to nurture and sustain the wellbeing of all people through arts, education and social services.

Additional Information for Design -
We would like the logo to include a symbol as well as our text.
From a colour perspective we would like to have something that is in keeping with our building colours. We are in a sub-desert area with lots of stone around.....the stone in our external wall picture shows the colouring. Our internal colours throughout the house are highlighted in our picture - these are tangerine orange, wasabi green, mocha brown and cream.
We would like the logo to convey our vision / mission - a hub for the community in art, education and social service.
We would like the tone of the logo to be inclusive.
