Please specify dimensions of the flyer and its content.

DL Flyer 11cm by 22cm or similar dimensioned two fold or three fold flyer

Content must have logo, must have a changable text box in the heading. the heading of the flyer would be "the 4069 Loan" the 4069 would be a changable text box. therewould have to be interest rates, with a disclaimer down the bottom of the flyer etc. I guess I was looking for a template that I could add the information I needed to add into it.

The template would vary depending on the type of information you need to put in there as text and design will go hand in hand to convince a buyer to buy your product. e.g. I could design a flyer with just Lorem Ipsum generic text to fill in the two to three pages you need filling but once the information goes in , the feel of the flyer may change.

Would it be possible for you to also upload your logo so it can be added to the flyer? This will also give me an idea as to what sort of a feeling to give this flyer.
