Logo Design Brief

We are a family-owned, family-run fish products company based in Bangkok, Thailand called "TropicalSea International". We specialize in producing and selling milkfish-based food products to Asian and European markets.

We need a company logo-one that can be used on everything, from business cards to signage to product labels. We already have an initial design that is letter-based (see attached files), and we are looking for a picture/graphics-based logo to compliment our text logo.

Our initial thoughts/desires for the logo include:
-we would like the overall design to be simple and distinctive, rather than complicated and busy, and for the design to evoke feelings/thoughts of a tropical sea-comfortable, warm, friendly vacation-y
-we think we'd like a fish graphic (one that looks similar to a milkfish would be preferred; a picture of a milkfish is included below)
-we'd like the fish to look like it is actively swimming and/or jumping (some samples included)
-the graphic should be placed at the left, top, or right of the text logo such that the logo can be either graphics only, letters only, or graphics and lettering used together.
-we would welcome design changes to the existing letter-based logo design if this will compliment the graphics portion (for instance, blending waves or the beach into the text), but would prefer changes to be evolutionary rather than drastically different.
-we would prefer green, blue, or green and blue hues to be used in our logo
-these thoughts are just our initial thoughts as non-designers. If you can come up with a logo that is stunning but still conveys the fact that we are a warm/friendly, fish products company, we may end up opting for your design.

Design endpoints:
-the text portion of the logo must include "TropicalSea International" or "TropicalSea Intl.". The "Company Limited" portion is optional and may be rendered as "Co., Ltd." if desired.
-we sell internationally, so we need a completely original design that won't run into copyright infringement issues
-we would like the final product to be available to us as in both a vector-based format (e.g. *.ai or *.svg) and an uncompressed bitmap-based format (e.g. *.tiff).
-any white space should be rendered as transparent
-optional, but highly preferred: we would like to have both a colored version and a black/white or 16-shades of grey version of the final logo.

We are happy to further clarify our needs, if necessary, and we will diligently comment on offered designs.

Thank you for your participation in our design contest. Due to various pressing circumstances, we have decided to select a winning design before the deadline of the contest. Several designers have submitted very nice designs, and we commend you highly on your creativity and efforts-we very much appreciate your efforts on our behalf, and have genuinely enjoyed our interactions with you. We are sorry if we haven't commented as much as you might have desired, but rest assured that we spent a lot of time going over each and every design.
