I need a landing page designed and coded in HTML for mycrowd.com that follows an "F" pattern design.

It needs:

- Bullet point content to the left
- Sign-up form to the right (with image) - we'll provide the code for this
- Testimonials underneath

I've attached a simple MockFlow wireframe so you understand what we're looking for.
