Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company called Leguaan (means Iguana in English).
The company executes consultancy projects for customers in the ERP (Enterprise resource market -like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), primary around Microsoft Dynamics Ax software.

We want to be known as:
- senior / managing consultants
- very experienced (+ 10 years in the market)
- doing complex or stranded projects
- application/business consultancy & interim management
- Independent of Microsoft partners /resellers

We would like to have a logo which deals with our experience and independency from other Microsoft partners
