App Design Brief

Hi

I need a new design for 2 pop ups inside an app
one is a "stripe" pop up that appears at the top of the screen for few seconds and the second is some kind of a "bubble" (or other suitable design) that explain the user what needs to be done the first time he open the app.
the stripe - is encouraging user inside a game or an app to tell his friends about the app
and the bubble - is explaining how to do that inside the screen that is popped up after the user press the button in the stripe

The current designs are attached in the doc. And also the images of my app and icon.

both design should be suitable for both portrait and landscape and should be cut for both iPhone, iPad and Android devices
