Logo Design Brief

I am starting a company that does web design/development. I do some logo work but cannot come up with any ideas when it is for my own business.
Here is the challenge. Flemzy is a catchy name but people do not know what the word means so it is hard to associate a mascot with this word. Flemzy means to be flexible (think of responsive web design) or something that bends. Like "Bending Technology. I am looking to have a catchy logo. It can be corporate looking, modern, vintage, cartoonish, etc. Whatever you think will make this brand stand out and be noticed. Go hog wild!

Also, do you think .com should be in the logo or appended to Flemzy?

If chosen I will need all files in adobe illustrator. Please build this professionally in layers so it can be desconstructed or changed if I want to change something.
