Photoshop Design Brief

THIS POSTING SAYS PHOTOSHOP DESIGN BUT IT CAN BE ANYTHING. A HAND DRAWING SCANNED OR ANY ORIGINAL DESIGN. This is a title graphic to put up at the end of my teaser trailer. The trailer is for my documentary, Chess State. It's about high school chess in Illinois and how Illinois is the best place in the world to play high school chess (Illinois is home to the largest fixed board team tournament in the world). I would like the image as a PNG on a transparent background. It needs to have the "Chess State" title and an exact full outline or image of Illinois (provided). Finally, it needs to incorporate chess somehow albeit with pieces and/or you decide what and how. Nothing bright or comical but I'll let you decide if it should be more fine-edged or more of a free-hand look. It will be a transparent background but design it to look good with a black background. Whatever font you choose, use the same font for "FALL 2014" as a separate PNG. I'm dissolving out of thew logo and into the date.

I have provided two base vector images of Illinois to choose from and for you to start with if you'd like. I would like the border to be exact and obviously that could be difficult.
