Is a flyer like a kite shape?

I am going to read your brief again but I am confused as to what you are asking for. Is it supposed to be a flyer design that designers make up themselves or is there specific type you want to be used in these flyer designs? I understand the vector eps file but I am not sure what I am supposed to be designing. Can you give me more details please?
