Packaging Design Brief

We need product packaging design for a lawn and garden product. We are a Colorado based company that is in the process of selecting manufacturers for our new product and need a packaging collection for our "kits" that contain our product.

The product is the world's first completely bendable plant stake. The main function is to support a plant by curving in the direction that the owner needs to go. There are other components that are sold together with the Snake stake that can be combined to create a full system.

We have a logo and general size specs for the package. logo can be changed to accomodate design needs if necessary

There are 4 product kits and may need slight variations for the different sizes of kits. all specs and basic drawings are provided.

Must have

• -must be able to contain and stabilize the components of various sizes - the items should not fall not fall out easily.
  - eco/sustainable appearance and design
  - incorporate the concept of curving or supporting a plant
  - green color
  -1 or 2 different materials
  - must be able to support up to 3 lbs of contents

Nice to have

• - window that can allow the user to see components in the - package, but the package should not be a plastic baggie
  - something different from a typical garden/nursery packaging
  - construction material recommendations
  - maybe biodegradable cardboard or paper bag construction
