Hello, Your site is a Joomla 1.5 CMS site using the Rocketheme Infinity, In order to do changes you will have to grant access to the control panel with super administrator rights, FTP will only be used to make minor changes to the template CSS File, Please advice.

Hello, Ok the Joomla version is very old and it is a major pain to update, The best thing to do is to install the latest version of Joomla in an extension such as www.yoursite.com/newsite and do all the work there, Once that is done make a backup (Akeeba Backup), Then delete all files on the root directory then install the new site. I have done this many times.

Other choice will be to use Wordpress (With a Responsive theme) instead of Joomla. Wordpress has come a long way as a CMS Platform.

do you need full functional website that is html, css and themeing. or do you want a psd design including icons and fonts for the developer to use... please state the scope of the project.
