Good day, thank you for the invite. Could you possibly send through the logo and wording you need on the label?
Hello DanniP.
The logo:
Do not yet have a finished image of the logo. Want to see what you can do with it. The concept is of a flow of liquor dropping into a tea cup, splashing up the side of the cup and folding back on itself. The cup should be a stylized outline. The current idea for a color scheme is: the cup outline and liquor in white on a rich blue back ground, perhaps in a diamond shape (as depicted in the images attached to the original project submission).
The wording:
This is a bit tricky. The label must accommodate an evolving range of teas. The teas will share a set of qualities, but those qualities will have unique values for each tea. Examples: All teas will have a Name; Harvest Date; and Tasting Notes. But the Name, Date and Notes will be unique to each tea.
One approach is for the label to feature designated spaces for each quality. Example: a blank line, underwhich is the notation: "Harvest Date". Another approach is to omit the notation. Again. Interesting to see how you approach the challenge!
If you have questions or require further information, just let me know.

DanniP, I should have said, the label needs to include the brand name: UnCommon Tea and the logo plus the following qualities: as noted in the original project submission...
Name of tea
Harvest Date
Tasting Notes
Weight
Caffein Level
Growing Region
Also, there are three parts to the label:
1. the main part - a wrap around for the tin. This piece contains all of the information discussed above
2. a security strip(s) - to attach the lid of the tin to the body of the tin
3. a circular piece to adhere to the bottom of the tin - this must include ingredients, brewing instructions, and our URL

Hi Pat,
What is the exact size of the label when open up as flat label? Width x height?
Hi,
Please leave some comments on my design. Thanks
Dear Sir hi,
I am working on your project, and it would help to give all the info for at least two or three flavors of your tea. And also please give the exact size of the label - I know how to calculate the perimeter of the cylinder but its safer to have it from you also :)

There are actually three pieces to the label.
1. the main part - a rectangle 4 inches in width X 1 1/4 inches high to wrap around the tin,
2. a security strip(s) - to attach the lid of the tin to the body of the tin. Am looking for a design that incorporates the strip(s), so it does not look like an after-thought. This could be tricky, since the top of the tin will be a window (so placing the strip across the top of the tin will block the view into the tin).
3. a circular piece - to adhere to the bottom of the tin, which is 3 inches in diameter - this must include ingredients, brewing instructions, and our URL
