Company Environment:
We are experienced and engaging maintaining a level of consistency and professionalism a large corporation would feel comfortable hiring. While we are not a ministry, we love people and believe that Jesus was right when he said we should treat others the way we want to be treated and to love one another as He has loved us. This translates into our everyday business practices as well as our over-the-top generosity, giving away as much money and services as possible to non-profits and causes we believe in.

Requirements

Must have

• 1) A "Mark" that can stand alone from the text of the logo and fully signify the company's identity.
  
  2) Be modifiable to fit both horizontally and also in square avatar format. We will use this across the top of our website, stationary, business cards, but ALSO in our twitter, linkedin, facebook, and other venues where a profile picture are required.
  
  3) Sherman the Sheep (see uploaded files) - We've designed our mascot, please try to find ways to implement him into the logo. We've uploaded two PSD files of his character. the green and blue colors and grass are not critical elements of his design, so feel free to eliminate them.

Nice to have

• Again, Sherman the Sheep-
  
  We believe he will be our mascot/character and will represent us. We are curious if you can find a way to both blend his cartoon characteristics with our desire to attract the particular corporate demographics listed in our profile above. Consider mailchimp, twitter, hostgator, or seomoz, all use a mascot in their designs for personality, yet maintain being corporate friendly and inviting.

Should not have

• We are not an uptight IBM or other mainstream, traditional, predictable tech company and we are not trying to fit in with the rest. We need a breakout design, a "purple cow." However, we aren't childish either. We are using a cartoonish character, but we aren't kids.
  
  Please do not supply something unoriginal or plain. Please put your heart into this, like you were designing for yourself, because we believe we will display your logo proudly to the world, and not let you down.
