Logo for a healthy soul food fast casual restaurant where food is sold by the pound (play on words, 'soul' instead of 'sold')
Concept: Preparing great tasting Soul Food dishes but healthier, serving buffet style. We are not a typical buffet in that we serve the guests in order to maintain a clean, sanitized and fresh environment. We are removing the assumption that all soul food is bad and high in fat. Our food will retain the great soul food taste but cooked a little healthier.
It is a desire to franchise this concept down the road so the logo has to stand out, something 'franchise like'. Something a person will recognize and/or remember.
Target Market(s)
White, Asian and Middle Eastern males/females between 30-50, professional mid/high salary. Traditional African- American population too
