Logo Design Brief

We need to take the current logo and create it in a silver/gray metallic version. I have attached examples of what we like. I also need the 4, Q, and A on the cube to stick out more. We need to place the image on a black business card and website. Feel free to use the red if it looks good. i would like a version or versions that will work for both platforms.
