Logo Design Brief
Men of Honor is a school-based character education and youth development program for boys aged 10-14. Men of Honor champions leadership, responsibility, and respect while instilling confidence and life skills in young men: Our goal is to help boys turn into men worthy of respect.
The boys in Men of Honor need a logo that represents strength, vision, bravery, a positive outlook and an emphasis on academic excellence.The final design should communicate stability, so we would like to see variations on the crest/shield icon using four characters that symbolize the core values of our group: Lion, Eagle, Archer/Centaur and Dragon.
We would really like for this design to reflect a masculine yet youthful spirit: we want boys all across the city of New York to wear this logo with pride and inspire other young men to make the right choices in life... These ideals should be reflected neatly and succinctly within the construct of the design.
Feel free to be creative: The final logo should empower young men and make them feel like this is a symbol that they would always wear proudly!

The young boys that participate in Men of Honor should have a symbol that reflects their desire for a better education and for better opportunities in their lives; it should be strong, bold, vibrant and make the members feel proud to be a part of the group.
