Web Design Brief

We are trying to renovate an existing site to make it sharper and sophisticated in appearance. This is the existing site: http://www.howardrealtynj.com/agents.html . The new presentation should be bright, sharp, sophisticated and should incorporate two additional menu tabs. The menu tabs will be revised as follows: Property Listings, Property Management, Advisory & Consulting, Local Info, R/E Tools, Our Team (please disregard Korean language characters, which will be installed after English version is completed, separately).
