Logo Design Brief

I need logo that I can use to brand myself as an expert in leadership, strategic planning, and motivation in higher education. I am an athletic director and former coach. I'll be completing a doctoral degree in December.

I would like a design that plays off of my first name "Kiki". I have several presentations labeled Kiki's Keys to Success, Leadership, etc. I want to be able to really promote and push these presentations to increase my number of speaking engagements. I believe I have the keys to help others unlock their potential. I want to my design to say that. I have a very vivacious personality and people have described me as infectious, bubbly, the energizer, hyper, full of joy and life, etc.
