T-shirt Design Brief

I need a tshirt design for my custom decorated apparel company based in indiana. I am in the beginning stages of branding.(black, silver, red)
I need the engraving, something similar to the file attached, added to the spurs in the mouth of the skull in the first file attached.
I need the spurs to say Outlaw on one spur and attitude on the other spur.
i want it to look like the spurs in the second file attached.
