Hi, I have now due to feedback guaranteed payment and increased my budget. I hope this will attract some attention. This is a worthwhile project. I woud love to see it off the ground.

Okay, I just read the brief in full. As listed I counted 48 icons, and you mentioned needing about one hundred. This, realistically, would take an experienced designer about 12 minutes per icon (that's fast). At 48 icons, that would be roughly 10 solid hours of design time. 100 icons would be over 20 hours of design time. In a competition, where only one designer is chosen, and the rest make no money for their time, this is very unrealistic for us. We will be opting out at this point. Feel free to withdraw the participation payment and offer it to another designer.

woah!That's a huge project!What about to select 10 icons(for example)?and do test sumbission.Because if there will be done more than 50 icons,and work would not be chosen,that would be huuuuuge waste of time.Do you agree?Just choose,and I think it is possible to give life to this project.

Also it would be nice to know what is size of this icons and what kind of style you would like to see.(Cartoon,pixelart etc.)But I am not sure that there will be much people who would do around 100 icons for such a price :D

What is a price that designers will consider fair for this project. The design ideas is up to the designer that us why I have posted my project on here because I am not a computer graphic designer . I love the idea of the project, and you can probably see from my portfolio here, I love doing cartoon style work!! I agree with most that it will take alot of work, and I have alot of work outside of DesignCrowd to do as well. Just also keep in mind that while you think the $460 prize money goes to designers...DesignCrowd themselves take 15% of that, not to mention Paypal fees and Bank fees.

If you can raise the prize slightly more and I can give you an example of each of the icons you want, so I don't have to do all of them without being chosen...I'm in.
