Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our existing company. We are a radiology diagnostic facility that outsources our services to many different hospitals, and work with telemedicine which means we use telecommunication and information technologies in order to provide clinical health care at a distance, by reading film from the entire country in one facility. We don't like capital letters, so please use all lower case in any text. Also, please use only one font.
The current name is Eigier Dianostics, but a possible new name is Cloud Rx
